According to the National Institute of Corrections, in Minnesota alone, there are over 18,000 incarcerated adults and over 100,000 more who are under supervision. Sadly, an estimated 70 percent of incarcerated adults are substance dependent. To effectively address the pressing needs in our communities, the RCCS program model is aligned with the research-backed approach from "What Works" as developed by Andrews, Bonta, Hoge, et. al. RCCS is a successful early implementation leader in Minnesota with a program model promoted nationally by the National Institute of Corrections and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

RCCS will be the leader of innovative behavioral health services and proven recidivism reduction solutions to the criminal justice system. Our work results in healthier individuals, families, and communities we serve.
