Case Managers and release planners  

If you're looking for us to assist with a Rule 25: Please have your client sign a Release of Information (ROI) and complete the RCCS Screening Sheet. When completed, please scan the ROI, RCCS Screening Sheet, PRT Packet, & HRU note (if applicable), and email to RCCS or fax to 612-767-9832 (all locations). If you already have funding or a completed Rule 25, email it with an ROI and HRU note (if applicable) to the same place. 


Supervised Release Agents

Please ask your client to call 612-767-6601 to schedule a Rule 25. If your client is in a county jail, please contact RCCS at 612-767-6601.
